• Your product arrives broken or damaged during transit.
• You receive the wrong item, design, size, or product.
• Your order is lost in transit and the shipping address provided at checkout was correct.
• Your order has not been delivered after exceeding the estimated delivery timeframe.

How to Submit a Request

• Please contact our customer support team within 14 business days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product.
• Our team will review your request and provide the appropriate solution.
• Please do not return any item before receiving return instructions from our customer service team.

Replacement

If the issue is caused by our store, production partner, or fulfillment process, we will provide a 1-to-1 replacement at no additional cost.

Our priority is always to resolve the issue fairly and make sure you receive the product you originally ordered.

Refund

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing may take approximately 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
