My husband was delighted and surprised to receive the hat. It fits perfectly and is comfortable, and the personalized name makes the gift even more meaningful!

The stitching was blurry and two of the letters of the stitching were crossed. But, other than that the customer service was out of this world. The owner worked with me and went out of there way to go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Truly moved by the kindness. God bless

The first shipping date showed I was to get this item on time then a couple days later that date had changed. I called to cancel my order and it was too late but they shipped it and I got it in plenty of time! They were great!! Definitely would order from them again!!!

We ordered these hats as groomsman gifts and loved them so much we are going to order more! Quality is great, customization was exactly as we requested. I will say, shipping did take a little longer than excepected but it was probably due to the items shipping internationally and delivery falling on the 4th of July weekend.
